John 6:1–15 MIDWEEK LENTEN SERMON In today’s Sermon Philip Has a min-freak when Jesus ask him how they are going to feed a crowd of 5,000 people! The sermon uses the Readings for the Fourth S. in Lent (Laetare) in the ONE YEAR LECTIONARY. The readings used for the sermon are Is. 49:8–13 Psalm 132:8–18 Gal. 4:21–31, and John 6:1–15. I also quote Psalm 121 in the sermon. I encourage anyone who watches this video to read those four readings.

Prayers of the Church for Midweek Lenten Service. March 18/19 2020 Dear Lord, we Know a lot of Kids right now are at HOME. We pray for the Teachers, who preparing lesson plans remotely. We pray for the Parents, Grandparents, relatives, or friends who are helping educate these children during this difficult time, we pray that during this time the parents, teachers, and students will grow in their knowledge, but especially in the knowledge of you and what you have done for them, O Lord, throughout these days in Lent, People Respond: Have mercy and hear us.
